We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days via TCS or PostEx courier services.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

4. How do I request a return or exchange?

5. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or wrong items. In other cases, we offer product exchanges.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or phone.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track it through the TCS or PostEx website.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

No. We currently only ship within Pakistan.
