Welcome to Urban Auto! By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.

2. Orders & Payments

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method across Pakistan.

  • Prepaid orders may be accepted via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (where applicable).

  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Order Confirmation & Cancellations

  • A confirmation message via SMS or email will be sent once your order is placed.

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Order Refusal at Delivery

  • Customers who refuse COD orders without valid reason may be restricted from placing future orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges apply depending on your location and order size.

  • We ship using TCS and PostEx for safe and timely delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customers must email us at buywishs@gmail.com with order details and the reason for return.

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Customized or discounted items

  • Items returned after 7 days

5. Intellectual Property

All content on UrbanAuto.shop (images, designs, text, branding) is the property of Urban Auto and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain accuracy and quality:

  • We are not responsible for errors in product descriptions or pricing.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services (couriers, payment gateways).

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from product use or site access.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled through the courts located in Islamabad.

8. Updates to Terms

Urban Auto reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.
